Using Diaphora for patch diffing

Diaphora was mainly created, back in the day, for this actual purpose. As so, the default options are the best for doing so. However, Diaphora tries to be smart in many cases and, in the case of diffing big databases, some options like Relaxed calculations on difference ratios will be enabled. Be sure to always disable this option when doing patch diffing.
