Installer: Remove "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\taskmgr.exe" on uninstall, ONLY IF Process Hacker was set as the default task manager.
...
Before, it would remove the above key even though the user might had Process Explorer set as the default task manager.
