* MemoryRegion: don't use GetStructSize unless index is not 0
...
* MemoryRegion: removed srcOffset parameter from WriteMemory
* MemoryAlloc: added ResizeNew - instead of actually resizing the allocation, this frees and allocates, which is faster
* added some MountManager functions
