dmex04 d6807bdf2a added SuppressUnmanagedCodeSecurity attribute - The stack walk performed when calling unmanaged code is omitted at run time, resulting in substantial performance savings.

wj32 8c91232567 * almost completed LSA classes (still need a LsaSecretHandle class)
