xhmikosr bcbb7d923a Installer: *simplified the .NET 2.0 detection using the {dotnet20} constant 
*installer now does not show an error if .NET 2.0 is not installed, when running silently

wj32 5027592ce9 * reverted the entire logging thing. sorry dmex, it's just not good enough. 
* EnumProcessModulesEx only works on Vista and above, and we already get WOW64 modules
