wj32 16c377271f reverted again because: 
* processes are no longer highlighted if they host services (before clicking on the Services tab)
* processes no longer have the Services tab in properties (before clicking on the Services tab)
* service notification no longer works when the Services tab isn't active

wj32 557503df5a * added some more undocumented defs 
* fixed error detection with Native API calls - ThrowLastError() would call Marshal.GetLastWin32Error() which doesn't even apply to Native API calls and would return without throwing an exception, causing random crashes!
