Fix Enumerator#each_with_index with block

In previous version,

```
a = [3, 2, 1]
e = a.each
e.sort_by(&:to_i) # => []
```

In this version,

```
a = [3, 2, 1]
e = a.each
e.sort_by(&:to_i) # => [1, 2, 3]
```
