Antonio Frighetto cd65fd1554 Introduce OperatorPrecedenceResolutionPass

taking into account their precedence and associativity to
emit nice-looking parenthesized expressions.

Pietro Fezzardi 6f41e625e7 DeduplicateUnionFields is now DeduplicateFields
Before this commit, the dla::Step depended on InterferingInfo, but this
was superfluous.

This commit drops the dependency and enables the Step to run before
ComputeNonInterferingComponents.

This also avoids the need to run ComputeNonInterferingComponents twice
(one before and one after DeduplicateUnionFields), so it can only run
once.

Pietro Fezzardi ba50eb4a55 DLA: revive and rework CollapseSingleChild Step
The step now collapse parents with their single child if they are
indistinguishable, i.e. if the parent has only that single child, at
offset zero, and their size is the same.

Giacomo Vercesi 7052f2a8a0 Support analyses and globals in Python
This commit adds the newly implemented functionality in PipelineC both
in revng.api and the graphql api, allowing:

* retrieval of global variable names
* unwrapping of a single target
* execution of analyses

Pietro Fezzardi 741d55279b TupleTree: add copy-constructor and -assignment
The copy of a TupleTree is potentially very expensive, so it was
disabled until now and only allowed via the explict method clone().

We have now decided to make TupleTree copiable.
This commit adds a copy-constructor and a copy-assignment, killing the
clone() method that was already unused and is now effectively useless.

Pietro Fezzardi 604d370239 Remove LLVM passes RestructureCFG, BeautifyGHAST
Now that the late stage of the decompilation pipeline is managed with
revng-pipeline, and we have a standalone tool for decompilation, we
have no need to use LLVM passes anymore for those stages.

This commit also renames the directories to avoid the confusing Pass
suffix, not what LLVM passes are gone.

Giacomo Vercesi 70f7337f28 Substitute Flask with Starlette
In the future we will need to use GraphQL subscriptions. This is done
via websockets and is supported in Ariadne. However this support is
limited to ASGI frameworks, which Flask isn't a part of.
Startlette is a direct depencency of Ariadne, and all of Ariadne's
features are fully integrated with Starlette, so the switch allows to
drop some Flask integration cruft and streamline the revng.daemon
package.
Starlette does not have a built-in development server, instead
Hypercorn, which is an ASGI-compliant HTTP server, is used in place of
Flask's Werkzeug/Gunicorn for both the development and production
server roles.

Pietro Fezzardi b909bb6629 New MarkAssignments library in IRCanonicalization
This library replaces the old AddIRSerializationMarkers, cleaning up a
lot of historcal baggage, merging Liveness and MarkAnalysis, and
adopting a more accurate naming across all the codebase.

Pietro Fezzardi d95b08df98 Drop old clang-specific SerializationReason
Over time, SerializationReason had accumlated a bunch of values that
were designed to work around the limitation of the clang-based C
decompiler backend.

Now that the clang-based C decompiler backend is gone, these workarounds
can be removed.

Pietro Fezzardi 14d40096b7 Rearrange Liveness and MarkForSerialization
These two parts of the code needed to be separated into libraries
because they were used both by the old C backend and by
IRCanonicalization.

Now that the old C backend is dead, they have been incorporated into
IRCanonicalization.
Further changes are necessary to strip away the last leftovers of the
old C backend from MarkAnalysis.

Ivan Krysak 66c96fb128 ABI: improve RegisterStateDeductions
Split the interface into two functions: `enforce.*` returning the map by
value and `tryApply.*` returning an `std::optional`.

Improve non-positional single deduction function to better reflect
some corner cases (for example how a required `NoOrDead` register
argument is handled).

Enforce a position-based deduction corner case where it's impossible to
deduce whether the argument is passed in the GPR or the vector one -
now GPR takes precedence in those cases.

Pietro Fezzardi e40ded965f QualifiedType RawFunctionType.StackArgumentsType
The `StackArgumentsType` field of `RawFunctionType` was the only
cross-reference between `model::Type`s that did not use
`model::QualifiedType` but a naked `TupleTreeReference`.

Switching it to `QualifiedType` make all cross-references across
`model::Type`s homogeneous.

Pietro Fezzardi 63a6676551 Make EnumType.UnderlyingType a QualifiedType
This was one of the few places left in the type system where a
`model::Type` referred to another one not using QualifiedType, but a
naked `TupleTreeReference`.

Switching it to be a `model::QualifiedType` makes cross-references
between `model::Type`s more homogenenous, requiring less corner-cases
to handle for whoever manipulates types.
