Document HttpHeaders#toSingleValueMap() case-sensitive behavior

This commit updates the `HttpHeaders` javadoc to better reflect that
`asSingleValueMap()`, `asMultiValueMap()`, and `toSingleValueMap()` all
return case-sentitive map implementations.

Closes gh-36070
