Broaden let-fate-decide trigger patterns for vague/ambiguous prompts

Browse Source 
Expand the description and "When to Use" with more casual delegation
phrases (YOLO, whatever, idk, up to you, etc.), lower the ambiguity
threshold from "equally valid" to "multiple reasonable approaches",
add tie-breaking guidance to draw cards instead of silently picking,
and sharpen the routing boundary with ask-questions-if-underspecified.
